Did anyone else book through booking.com and end up getting charged twice? Booking.com didnt send the payment to the hotel so they charged me for the stay and now booking.com wont refund my money! They are saying that they have to send it to the hotel and then the hotel have to refund me. I have called them so many times and only ever had 1 email from them. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated but nothing seems to happen. I have told them to give me my money back by email - no reply! I have contacted my bank now to see if they can help.

Unfortunately this usual for booking.com as they are middlemen, to the hotel and im afraid the only ones who can help are Booking.com and there customer service staff...
The best thing to do is do a chargeback with the bank...
