I seemed to have been logged out of my Priority app and need to click on either 02 or Virgin login. I click on O2 but nothing happens and it takes me back to the page to select either O2 or Virgin login. How do I login now?

Same for me. Something seems to be wrong with the app. I even managed to complete the login with Virgin Media, but it still goes back to the same Priority App starting sequence ending in asking to log in using O2 or Virgin Media.

I was going round in circles. It kept taking me back to to the screen to pick either Virgin or O2 to log in. I eventually got to the screen to add my mobile number and after getting 3 different codes I was at last able to log in. Don’t know why the issue and why I was logged out in the first place.
