I've tried three times to use these codes and each time they are rejected on the Odeon website as being not valid. I see that others have reported the same issue so they are obviously fake by design.
There is no way to contact 02 to complain. Some have suggested Twitter but my tweet to them was ignored.
I'm wondering which outside body I can complain to, Trading Standards, Ofcom or whoever regulates adverts? Does anyone know?

Nothing to do with OFCOM, and they don't do individual complaints
Advertising Standards will only act when they have a resonable number of complaints
Trading standards may be interested if they can find out if the problem lies with Prioriry or Odeon

Complain to Odeon, as they are the ones providing the codes to o2, and if they dont work, that is purely Odeon's fault.
Have you spoken to Odeon Customer Services at all, as there is nothing o2 can do.
