I bought my son some Apple Airpods from O2 priority and one of them is not working, what do i do, he has only had them 2 months and there were a birthday present?

There are calling options which are preferable to live chat but you can also take them to any Apple store to be checked over. If found to be fauty, they will replace them immediately.
