Priority - 4 numbers one account

I have 4 numbers for my family on one account. It now seems that priority perks are all linked and I can only use one between the 4 of us. I don't recall this being the case before, as we were all able to claim the old Greggs freebies each per week.

Have O2 changed this recently? Seems wrong as I'm still paying for 4 phones l, just in one payment.

@Allan1234

Seems a common complaint of late.

You need to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Suppose we are lucky as the wife has her own o2 account, and I have mine and a work account... But seems like the new Greggs perks are per account rather than per number as per this is in the terms..

per member, per month; one code accepted per transaction.

Think some people have been abusing it, hence the new thing...
