I have payed my 02 bill, the month just gone, and all of a sudden they’ve stopped me from using my messages and calls. They’ve now sent me a letter of termination. What can I do ? If I’ve payed all bills properly? Need this resolved asap.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
