I tried to buy priority tickets today but, no matter what payment method I used, it said there was a payment issue and to try a different payment method. Any help?

If you're being directed to Ticketmaster or other sales site, contact them.
If it's O2 processing the payment, get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
