Well the process so far is 😵 - there are so many errors that I am not sure I will ever get there. Am trying to get 2 O2 free tickets for the first time (my partner is O2 customer as well) and a free carer using the CEA card for our family of 5. To book from copying the code from the app yields an error - can't retype the code into the promotions code field. Doesn't come up with the promotion already in the basket. There is no information on the basket to say you can't add more than one code to the order. You try and change the number of seats but you can't do that and the seat allocation understandably get locked for a set period of time, then the promotion code field then gets locked. Booking is browser specific. So I have to do three transactions. But at the moment I have only managed one. I have a very demanding autistic child who I can't tell I can't book the tickets. It is infuriating. Can you get Odeon to get better developers for their booking system?

Did you manage to resolve this. We have tickets (codes) for today. Can't book online. Can you just show up and show codes
