I’ve tried to make a spaseekers booking through the O2 priority app. The app crashed though and I couldn’t complete the transaction. When I’ve started again it’s now telling me the code has been used, which obviously it hasn’t because the app crashed before I could use it. The chat service couldn’t help me and the only O2 priority help I can find is on Twitter, which I don’t use and wouldn’t know how to use. Can anyone point me in the right direction for how I can get another code please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
