O2 priority champagne not recieved

I had been offered the bottle of champagne as my offer, but instead today received a tileMate. Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

Hi , I know I chose the Moët option and have received a tileMate. After emailing Blue Venture they insist that I chose the non alcoholic option which is a blatant lie. Did they simply just run out ? Any answers would be appreciated.🤔
