The app is stuck in a loop. Asks for phone number then sends a code, tries to login then starts again?
any ideas or know what is going on?

There seems to be many problems with the Priority app, I could ask you to delete and reinstall and if that doesn't work then you need to contact O2,
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

We were informed that there was an issue with the app this morning but now it should be back on.

I have the same issue!! Tried pc too, just the same. It sends me a code then just sais, try later.

Uninstalled the app and rebooted but didn't cure the problem.
