O2 Priority

I missed a call on my phone this afternoon, then received a text from o2 priority saying
Hi, we have tried to contact you regarding your O2 Priority Prize Draw Entry, please call Freephone 08006889700 before 15:23pm on the 16/11/2018 and quote xxx

I’ve tried ringing and nobody answers, o2 online chat are no use! The number it asks me to call belongs to PromoVeritas who seems to have an affiliation with o2 priority so it seems legit.

Has anyone else had this?

I had won! I won tickets to Ralph breaks the Internet next Sunday but it’s in London and I’m in Manchester and have visitors for the weekend 😭

Edit: posted before I refreshed the page and saw your message! Really nice to hear that you won and the event sounds great! Really sad to hear that you cannot make it though. 😞 Do you have anyone that would go in your stead if the tickets allow it?
