JB is no longer supported for the latest Priority app so could well be the issue in your case.
You can still login through your browser though.

...as pointed out further up the thread, @MI5.  The web interface actually's not too bad on a smartphone screen, and one less aberrant app to worry about yahoo

It needs 4.3.1 onward for now so you should still be OK, but it seems with each update an older version is unsupported.

ooh - I'm kitkat too, lots of "version information", not sure which is the relevant one?

firmware - 4.4.2

baseband - 6572

Kernel - 3.4.67

Custom build - 01004

wonder if that could be it.

As has been mentioned 🙂 I can log in via the web portal so all is not lost, just a bit annoying!

Shoul be ok unless they’ve changed something recently.

Hi@Charl_ and @PAG and all, just checked this and got an update: there was a security update to the app last week that is incompatible with older Android devices I'm afraid. The app will now only work on Android 5.0 or above. You can still access O2 Priority via the web browser though as mentioned above by our members.

So something has changed recently that we haven’t been told about..... again!
Even the o2 web page is out of date, but that’s not a surprise wink
