O2 Priority app not working today

Tried to use the app at Caffè Nero today for a free drink but the app stoped working for a while between 12-12:30 pm. I could still open the app but it won't show the code, it kept saying it is not available. Had to pay for the drink in the end. The barista said quite a few other people had same issue, he printed the receipt and told me to contact O2 Priority. Not sure what they can do?

They'll do nothing unfortunately.
If you didn't get a code you won't get a free drink.
The offers are limited in numbers so it's possible they had all been used by other customers.

It definitely wasn't used us, just an error of the app. The offer only just started from 12pm and I tried to use it just after 12pm. and I use it regularly, it never run out in such short time. I also checked later today I believe the issue was fixed and I was able to click the offer and go in to it. I couldn't do it earlier.
