So I got the message offering me a free bottle of champagne for my long service with O2 and I've gone to the priority app ... only to find it says out of stock with no options of ordering.
The offer is valid to 02/11/18 and the terms say that " we have made every effort to ensure there is enough stock of your chosen award. If we are not able to provide your chosen award, we may substitute with one of equal or greater value."
So 2 questions... 1. who's nicked my champagne if there was enough for every person invited for the offer and 2. how do I claim the substitute, because there's no options on the app ...

Someone ordered far too many tilemates and not enough champagne. There again, what's a bottle of champagne and a night of promise compared to a tilemate that could last for months? Err, let me think about that........
