I have installed the O2 Priority App from Google Apps on my Galaxy TAB A device.

It has installed but apart from a Welcome to Priority page there is no functioning icons or tabs thats all I have, is this a known error?

I am a pay monthly user

Thanks

However, I can login online so it could be your wifi connection that's blocking it for some reason?

Good luck. I would suggest going into my files and look for any entry in there relating to Priority and delete them and then reboot before installing again whether on wifi or mobile data.

No trace of O2 or Priority in my files.

Installed using 4g but just the same, I have logged with O2 taskmaster after using the O2 guru, thanks for all your help and time on this so far

You could try downloading the apk from Google and install it that way.
