Is anyone else having problems accessing the O2 Priority App?

I have had the App for years, not made any changes to my phone or number and have put the one time passcode they sent to sign in but it keep reverting back to the sign in page

Hey @DM91 we were informed that there was an issue with the app this morning but now it should be back on.

Hi @DM91 

I would suggest deleting the app and reinstalling. It's being updated so a reinstall might bring in the new version.
