Not receiving blue Monday prizes.

I have been participating in the blue Mondays for a few weeks now but I don't seem to get an email with my prize. I have never bothered chasing this up as it has only been for a sweet treat at Greggs or the magazine subscriptions. Last week I won a £20 John Lewis voucher but have still not received an email with my prize.

 

I tried adding bluemondaysdrops.co.uk to my safe list on outlook as advised in another forum but still no luck.

I am having the exact same issue, I have "won" 3 times now on Blue Monday drops, but have yet to receive a single "prize" or email. I have won a greggs treat and twice now a magazine subscription, but have received no emails about these from O2. I have checked junk too and can see no reason my end for not receiving emails priority.
