Hi, I recently upgraded my contract to the smamsung s21 ultra, but there is a back order on the black version I ordered and I'm concerned I won't get my phone in time to claim the free samsung ear buds as I need the imei number ? Are you able to tell me a date I'll receive the phone or am I able to change the phone colour to silver so I can get it next day please? Many thanks

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You have until 27th March 2021 to claim.

He needs to follow the UPGRADE NOW in My O2

He can then choose a sim only deal and automatically keep his number
