I am receiving text messages to say I have overspent my monthly limit by £120, and a few minutes later, another to say it is overspent by £150. Given that the monthly period begins on 7th of the month, this is clearly impossible, and I will not click on the response element of the text message. Please could you confirm ASAP that this is in order.

Most likely a scam and certainly do not click any links.
Forward the scam number to 7726 - It's free.
