Hi,
a i was contacted by aerial for an upgrade on my contract. they explained themselves as o2 customer service. they didn’t tell me that by changing my contract i would lose my o2 priveleges such as disney plus and o2 priority. i would like to go back to my o2 contract pls. it’s been less than 14 days so i know this is reversible. pls help thanks you

You'll have to get Aerial Direct (if that's the crowd) to accept the cancellation within 14 days and initiate the process, @may1 - https://www.aerial-direct.co.uk/faqs/
no reason is required, just return everything you got with the phone to the same place...

As Aerial only sell business contracts, I don't believe the same 14 day return applies

As @jonsie says, @may1 - Business Contracts, assuming Aerial have switched you to one of those, may not permit return - the Ts&Cs for Aerial here, look at section 11 and contact methods in 11.1 and specific mention of 14-day cooling off in section 11.7. https://www.aerial-direct.co.uk/about-site/sale-terms-and-conditions/
