I was literally on the phone from 11.50 waiting for the 4 free tickets and in was tapping at the time it stated. And suddenly sold out in a split second it's rubbish! Going there tomorrow anyway but would of been great to actually get something from o2 as I've been a loyal customer for years!!

@TanI can understand your disappointment. I haven't heard of one customer on here who has been lucky enough to get tickets for this attraction. Really annoying
