On 13/4 I was told I was a Instant Winner I have had a few emails say sorry there was a delay and then I got one saying that I should have received or it on it way but no time frame ! It seams like no one cares about that I haven’t received my item or willing to tell me when I will get my items

@Lac1990 This is a customer community. We have no access to any emails you may have received. Best thing for you to do is speak to customer service. 0800 032 1402 or 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.
