I was scammed today and the scammers placed an order for an iPhone 13 pro. I reported it to O2 and they texted me to confirm that they had cancelled the order. However their website shows that it is on its way to me. And I've had several more texts including "---We've completed your tariff change to O2 Refresh Unlimited mins 20GB". and "Remember as part of your plan you get to pick your favourite extra". I don't know where I stand. I am 78 years old and find this very unsettling. Graham,

@GrahamAsker Unfortunately, you need to speak to customer service again. You need to keep on at them until they confirm to you in writing that the order has been cancelled and there is no change to your account. You should inform your bank to alert you if there are any unwanted charges.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 902 021 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
If you use any form of social media you can use these links:

Thanks for your help. I phoned o2 four times to try and halt the delivery. They e-mailed me and said that they had instructed dpd to cancel the delivery. The phone arrived today and plain clothes police were waiting to see if anyone tried to claim the phone. They did not but they told me not to answer the door to strangers for a couple of days. I'm not happy with O2!

@GrahamAsker Are you certain it was the police? What happened to the phone? You should have refused delivery and had the courier return the phone.
