I’ve lost my phone and really need to help on what to do. I’m available on another number. I think I’ve locked the phone but would really like to talk to someone about what to do next

You need to report it asap so O2 can block the phone and sim Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

As you have access to another phone

Call  0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
