One of my Housemates is having the same issue with *ehemm* 'another provider'...
At this time of year, there's the Christmas mail rush to take into consideration too .. but as @MI5 mentioned.. the best people to advise would be the sales team...

@Kel123 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system so even though it probably said that what you ordered was in stock, the odds are it wasn't. Contact the sales team by all means, but your chances of getting what you ordered before Christmas at this point are slim and none.
