Firstly - the Priority T&Cs imply that it's possible to scan the Priority app followed by the Greggs app, but when I tried the Greggs transaction failed,
Secondly (related to the above) - can the Priority £1 hot drink count towards the Greggs loyalty "Reward"?

You cant use any offers with the Greggs app, this is in the terms of the Greggs app, it doesnt work with any of the freebies or £1 offer.
Most stores will do the drink as one purchase then the Sausage roll etc as a second transaction..
And they dont count towards your Greggs loyalty reward at all.

You @GLR also cannot pay the £1.00 using monetary credit loaded onto your Greggs app ; the tills in Greggs are not set-up to take two apps or QR codes for one transaction.
Quite a few Greggs are having trouble with O2 Priority currently ; my local manager showed me an e-mail circulated to all stores about a week ago referencing such difficulties ! 👍

Yet the Monzo and Octopus Freebies work perfectly... and you get more choice with them...
Also the store manager could end up with the sack for showing company confidential information to customers, so be careful who you tell, or you might go in the next time and there is a new manager...

The e-mail @madasaf1sh was intended to be shown to customers. It - or the extract shown to me - effectively said that it is an O2 problem and if a customer wanted to pursue it, for the customer to 'phone O2 Customer Services on xxxxx ! 👍
The O2 freebies worked perfectly when they were free ; the pain seems to have started when the get xxx for a £1 regime started. 😀

It will be gone soon, no doubt, as they make more money out of the other partnerships..
Sounds like Greggs passing the book for their rubbish POS System, and for a deal they did, and wanted...
