Hi there I’ve opted to use my o2 rewards by requesting to have a marks and Spencer’s E voucher to be sent to my email address but I’ve not received anything as yet .. this was don’t yesterday

A bit early to start worrying. If you don't get it in a week then ring customer services.
Give O2 a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0222.

You may have to wait or you could get hold of customers services and find out when your going to get it
