@Disney4

Have you chosen the offer and activated it within 28 days?

You may need to call customer service.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

You need to find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer.

It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in.

If this doesn't work then contact O2 on the numbers given above.

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Click on the + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.

You will then be able to turn off auto renew.

Go to your MyO2 and find your extra.

You will see a + sign beneath it which you click on to expand the options.

Choose Manage and then turn off the auto renew option.
