Hi . I have got the free extra for 6 months and activated but Disney won’t let me in other then trying to charge me. Help please

Call O2 using any numbers in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Also, press upgrade, Fraud or Lost and Stolen if given that option.

No email link. A text link to redeem which I did and shows in MyO2 as an extra but no way to get into Disney without them trying to charge me rather then the free offer

The link should take you to Disney website to register, which is how you get it for free.
