Disney offer won’t load!

I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems joining the Disney offer through the priority app. When it asked me to go to the site it would not send me the confirmation of number texts I requested at least 5 and nothing. So I tried again and then it said that it cannot show me the bolt on.
Do you think if I call them in the morning they will honour the offer as there seems to be an issues their end?!

There seems to be a text sending issue tonight.
You'll need to call customer service in the morning.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I'm having same problem been trying for 2 days so going to the O2 shop tomorrow,when I had it on my phone was easy now haven't a clue ?.
