Solved: Disney+ extra and £2 discount

Hi, I have finished my free Disney+ offer and renewed the extra for another 6 months, but I was charged the full price of my Tariff + Disney+ without the £2 discount.

I have seen that I should receive a link to activate the discount, but I have not received anything.

I would really appreciate it if someone please help me with this.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
