I just saw the deal for 6 months free Disney + come through my email. Downloaded the app and went to add the extra but it doesn’t mention anything about 6 months free on there it just says it will be £5.99 a month and you get £2 off your bill. How do I get the 6 months offer? Thank you

Hi I upgraded and recieved 6 months Disney +free but I've not been sent a link via email. When I go to add extras it asks for £5.99 month. I've rang 5 times and been given the runaround. I've tweeted with no response. Can someone help please.

I upgraded an hour ago and got the Disney+ offer. I got 6 text messages and 5 emails with various things about the upgrade and the link given said that i could also redeem in Extras on My O2 which is the way I did it. I was on the laptop, not the app.

I am a new 02 customer and chose Disney + as my extra. I should receive 6months free subscription. How do I set this up? The link in the email takes me to Disney+ but the options are for monthly or annual subscription. How do I proceed without being charged after the genetic 7 day trial?
