Every time I try to use the Disney £2 off on priority it says Sorry, we can't show you this extra at the moment. This has happened every time over the space of a couple of weeks. Is there anything I can do? Thank you

Try adding it through My O2

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
