Trying to add an extra offer for Disney + 1st new subs when I go to extras Disney is at £7.99 offer os £5.99 calling 02 useless long waits customer service sucks of anyone reads this who works for 02 .

You can only add it within 28days for it to be free for a period of time, after this a charge per month applies...

Unfortunately all call centres have long wait times, it is not unique to o2.. (they just seem to be one of the worst at the moment).
