Trying to add an extra offer for Disney +  1st new subs when I go to extras Disney is at £7.99 offer os £5.99 calling 02 useless long waits customer service sucks of anyone reads this who works for 02 .

You can only add it within 28days for it to be free for a period of time, after this a charge per month applies...

Unfortunately all call centres have long wait times, it is not unique to o2.. (they just seem to be one of the worst at the moment).

Re you trying via the link in the Priority app?

Doing so should give you the discount applied as a bolt on shown in your MyO2.
