Hi I ordered a 1GB bolt on for whilst away at Turkey but it isn’t working. I thought this would work whilst abroad but it doesn’t seem to be the correct bolt on.

i paid £10.50. Would it be possible to cancel and get a refund?

The terms are quite clear on Bolt-Ons and this is no refunds, and on the one off boltons no cancellations.
