Check you do not already have Disney active with the same e-mail address you use for your O2 Phone, @Myhelp - then follow all the steps in here: Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
Note there have been some issues with MyO2 in recent weeks, so if it still does not work, then contacting O2 may be necessary - if Social Media works for you, the link at the end of this post has the ways to do that, otherwise Guide: How to find help & contact O2 should get you talking to O2.
