The six month free period of Disney has expired - I want to cancel
The website asks for a six digit code sent to the sim
The sim is in a control box that allows remote entry to automated gates
I have no way of receiving the six digit code
How do I cancel the Disney subscription?

Can you retrieve the SIM from the control box @BfromAberdeen, resolve your problem with the SIM in a 'phone and then put the SIM back into the control box ?
