As homosexuality is illegal in Dubai is it safe for LGBTQ+ customers to enter this prize draw?

The simple solution is do not enter the competition, then you have no chance of winning or getting into trouble with the local laws.
There are plenty of other competitions you can enter and before anyone shouts "discrimination" what about comps to win a car for people who can't drive, etc.....

Yes that's obvious.

I was asking whether people should be made aware that homosexuality is illegal before they enter.

I'm sure people with a vested interest would either be aware or do their own research.

As said @Housebound It has absolutely nothing to do with O2.

Let me give you another example. For reasons I wont go into here, I can no longer fly anywhere abroad. That's nothing to do with O2 or any other competition on offer

O2 don't participate on the forum.
We are all customers on here.
If you wish to get a response from O2 you would need to contact them directly http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or email the CEO's office.

As explained though, this isn't O2, just a customer to customer forum.
It's made quite clear on the forum home page.
