Cafe Nero O2 Priority Hot Chocolate

Is the Cafe Nero hot chocolate free if you ask for cows milks, but an extra 40p if you ask for an alternative milk product (such a coconut milk?)

When I say free, I’m referring to the O2 priority Caffe Nero grab your free hot drink. They ask that I pay 40p for non-cows milk options (like coconut milk) when I ask for a hot chocolate, so I assume the O2 offer of a free hot drink on Caffe Nero is only for those who are dairy tolerant (or non-vegan), otherwise you have to pay 40p.

Cafe Nero, never offer free milk alternatives or decaf coffee, and hence I avoid Cafe Nero... 

I had to pay 30p for Decaf coffee at Cafe Nero which is unfair as well, as that penalises people who can't have caffiene...
