Hi, I am trying to buy AirPods 4 on monthly plan and Iām a loyal customer for last 6 years with excellent credit rating but every time my application been declined after credit check. I am so disappointed why is that?

No one can tell you, as it sounds like it either doesnt like your credit file (Credit scores and ratings are a made up number that means bod all) or you dont meet o2's business criteria...
Look elsewhere for credit... Apple, John Lewis etc all offer BNPL
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
