I won an M&S £4 gift card on the Blue Monday's competition, It has been over 24 hours and I have still not been emailed my code to claim my prize. Please can I have some more information as to why I have not received my email?

It does say when you win one of the rubbish prizes, that its upto 48hrs to get the email, and if you dont to contact the priority team, using the contact details in App, or for the M&S £4 to contact PRSNT

hello Dave from o2, i have same issue, nearly i can participate every weeks , Mondays but since yesterday and previously Monday isnt received 2 emails from yours, i dont have spam or something, just inbox. and also i sent for yours the message from the app.
