I won a pizza express gift card playing the blue Monday game in the app last night but I haven't received an email with the prize yet. The info says it should be sent immediately. Does anyone know who's best to contact about this?

Its not a poor promotion.. 

Its just Microsoft seeimg blocking the emails for no reason, as the emails are getting delivered to other email providers, or self hosted email domains

 

@Dave-O2 it might be worth getting one of the email specialiats and their director to speak to MS internally and see what they are doing and why.. As its all hosted in Microsoft 365

Hi @Dave-O2 I have the same issue. I was notified I won yesterday, but havent received the confirmation. I took a screenshot, have checked my junk mail and waited 24hrs! Could you assist? Thanks in advance. Steve
