I won a pizza express gift card playing the blue Monday game in the app last night but I haven't received an email with the prize yet. The info says it should be sent immediately. Does anyone know who's best to contact about this?

@Dave-O2 @I am in the same position, so is my daughter - I won a tony chocolonley bar, she won a pizza express voucher, neither of us received an email. Can you help? It feels there should be an email address for help with this rather than having to use a community forum as it seems to be a common problem

Follow the information given in the thread to contact o2 via Social Media, if you use a Microsoft based email account such as Hotmail, the ask Microsoft why they are blocking the emails as people on gmail or those using there own email services are getting the emails..
