Apple Music redemption

I’m new to O2 and received a link to redeem the introductory Apple Music offer that was advertised with my SIM only tariff. The link takes me to the O2 Priority app and says “The priority content is not available.”

Is there a form somewhere to request a working redemption link or any way to contact customer service specifically about O2 priority? I’ve tried calling 202 and they seem completely clueless - the second person I spoke to said “we don’t do Apple Music, you must mean Amazon.”

I’d welcome any advice on how to sort this!

@Cleoriff - thanks for the reply! I'm afraid it's not an extra and therefore not accessible from MyO2. It's a redemption code that needs to be supplied by the O2 Priority app so it can be redeemed directly through Apple. 

The link I received via SMS from O2 doesn't seem to work. I just need them to send me a working link so I can get to the code in the priority app. As I said, customer service has been of no use. 

Ive attached the original text message I received (redacted).

@Cleoriff - thanks for that... Seems like it was a similar issue, but that person hadn't received the link yet. I received one but it doesn't work. I've spoken to three different customer service agents over the phone over the past week haven't gotten anywhere. 

 

Thanks for the referral to the account advisor here! For info, the link I received sends me straight to the priority app, where I get the following error message:

I'm also sorry that the account advisor I tagged did not come to the thread!

According to the rota @O2Daniel was meant to be on duty from 2-7pm.
