@Cleoriff - thanks for the reply! I'm afraid it's not an extra and therefore not accessible from MyO2. It's a redemption code that needs to be supplied by the O2 Priority app so it can be redeemed directly through Apple.
The link I received via SMS from O2 doesn't seem to work. I just need them to send me a working link so I can get to the code in the priority app. As I said, customer service has been of no use.

@Cleoriff - thanks for that... Seems like it was a similar issue, but that person hadn't received the link yet. I received one but it doesn't work. I've spoken to three different customer service agents over the phone over the past week haven't gotten anywhere.
