I’m new to O2 and received a link to redeem the introductory Apple Music offer that was advertised with my SIM only tariff. The link takes me to the O2 Priority app and says “The priority content is not available.”
Is there a form somewhere to request a working redemption link or any way to contact customer service specifically about O2 priority? I’ve tried calling 202 and they seem completely clueless - the second person I spoke to said “we don’t do Apple Music, you must mean Amazon.”
