Apple Music redemption code

Hi,

I have 6 months free Apple Music as part of my contract and to activate this I was sent a link via SMS to the O2 Priority app.

The app shows ‘the priority content is not available’.

I’m pretty sure I need a new redemption code sending, as per the solution on a previous thread, I just need someone to read this and action it.

Phoning 202 basically just says you can solve all Priority issues through MyO2, but I’ve been unsuccessful so far…
