Amazon music priority offer

Apologies if already asked and answered, first time on the community and trying to find my way around.

Anyway, I signed up to the free 6 month prime music subscription and had an email saying I should receive an email and text to activate within 48 hours. A week plus later and nothing, and if I find the offer in the my 02 app it says voucher redeemed.

So basically I'm stuck. I tried live chat and am convinced it was a chat bot as kept asking me about 02 priority tickets and Ticketmaster and wasn't helpful at all.

Any help gratefully received!

You need to call O2. These extras are causing a few problems so you certainly aren't the first.
