I have been trying to purchase 50 cent tickets on the presale but it won't allow me to login to complete the purchase. I add the tickets to my basket and get through to payment but then it comes up saying 'invalid credentials' when trying to complete the purchase, even though they are right credentials.
Can you advise on how to rectify the issue please as I need two tickets for the London show on the 11th of November?
